The Coeur Process

Where do we start? We start by listening. Then we ask some questions. And then we'll listen some more.

You know more about your business and the advantages your product/service has over your competitors than we can ever pretend to know. You know exactly what it takes to make your product or conduct your service. You know why your product/service deserves to be number one.

And you know that effectively communicating the advantages of your product/service to the world takes experts.

What do we know? We know branding, advertising, and design. We know how to take that passion in your coeur for your product and turn it into a compelling story. We know that beautiful design is only beautiful if it positively effects your business.

We also know that by keeping our coeur team small and partnering with specialist when needed, allows us to be nimble and cost effective. Maybe not the cheapest, but we bring a lot of value to the table and make sure we do our work right the first time.

Our process is simple and effective:

Discovery—we will listen, ask questions, and then listen some more. The more we can discover up-front, the smoother the process runs and the more accurate our estimate/bids will be. We don't conclude the discovery process until we all have agreement on what exactly the project is and the deliverables that are expected.

Bid/Estimate—Once we have agreed upon the deliverables we will provide a bid for the work.

Approval—This task you yours. If you agree upon the deliverables and think the estimate is fair, your approval will get set us in motion.

Timeline/Project Management—Once you have given us approval to begin work, we enter your project into our online project management system and develop and agreed upon timeline. Our online project management system allows you to keep track of your project as we do our creative magic. You will be able to view project milestones, review proofs, and post messages or questions to your Coeur Creative team.

Sign-off—No project is complete until you say it is. When presented with the agreed upon deliverables, we will seek you final approval on work done. Your sign-off completes the project.
